Bal Mithai, a chocolate-like fudge, made with roasted khoya and garnished with white sugar balls is a renowned sweet from the Himalayan state of Uttarakhand in India, arising more clearly from the Kumaon region of Almora. With the combination of crunchy sweet balls on the top and soft chocolate-like surface, this delicacy brings with it a ‘must-try tag’.
